Valley Traveland will set your park model home in virtually any area within the state of Texas.  We do a turn key job with all the following included on 12 wide units (not slide outs): 

• 2 ton central air conditioning - fan blower, condenser, and compressor outside - no noise  (2 1/2 ton on mini mobile HUD house)
• Complete set up anywhere in the Rio Grande Valley - with solid blocks, 6 roof straps and 6 frame straps  (8 to 10 straps on mini mobile HUD house)
• Georgia Pacific vinyl skirting (with ground cover)
• 2 sets if steps  (with 2 door models only)
• 2 full 100lb LP tanks with auto changeover (not available on "all electric" models)
• 2 phone jacks and "we hook 'em up"
• Color TV antenna or cable hook up
• Hard plumbed sewer and water - plumb in extra water shut-off and check valve and sewer trap with clean out plug under unit - and - install outside faucet in skirting
• Full length X 12' patio cover (except Long Island Vil & HUD units)
• Free one year service calls - backed by over 45 years of experience

Our experienced staff will normally complete setup within 3 days.  We do not "hire out" like most dealers.  This means you do not wait weeks for independent contractors to find the time to do the job.  Valley Traveland has it's own delivery trucks and personnel to block, level, and tie-down.  Also, our technicians do the skirting and hard plumbing.  We can also supply you with names of satisfied customers in your area of the state.  With over 45 years of experience, Valley Traveland knows the value of a satisfied customer.
